Under his leadership, the digital operation transacted over $7 billion in global revenue, giving him a firsthand understanding of what drives real growth, what slows it down, and how to build teams that can scale.
He built PeakActivity to put that knowledge to work, helping growing organizations accelerate past the plateau. His approach blends entrepreneurial speed with enterprise discipline — a mindset that has made PeakActivity one of the fastest-growing tech strategy and implementation firms in the country.
In addition to leading PeakActivity, Manish serves on multiple innovation and education boards, including the Levan NSU Broward Center of Innovation and the University of Central Florida Alumni Board of Directors.
